Students recognized for the month of December were&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b><i>Levi Rollinger&nbsp;<\/i><\/b>from&nbsp;<b><i>Sebastian Charter Junior High School, Bronson Lachle&nbsp;<\/i><\/b>from&nbsp;<b><i>Storm Grove Middle School, Talyn Akers&nbsp;<\/i><\/b>from&nbsp;<b><i>Sebastian River Middle School,&nbsp;<\/i><\/b>and&nbsp;<b><i>Alexis Solomon&nbsp;<\/i><\/b>and&nbsp;<b><i>Conrad Sylvester&nbsp;<\/i><\/b>from&nbsp;<b><i>Sebastian River High School.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><i>Levi Rollinger<\/i><\/b> is an exceptionally dedicated student and leader amongst his peers. He has excelled throughout his middle school years at Sebastian Charter Junior High School. As an 8th grader, Levi has a cumulative 4.0 GPA average and is enrolled in advanced classes. Levi is also heavily involved in youth sports including Cross Country, Basketball, and baseball. Levi\u2019s coaches and teammates admire him for his tenacity and drive to win but also for his focus on the field and sportsmanship.&nbsp;&nbsp;He has exhibited outstanding leadership skills this season. In school, Levi is loved by ALL! In the classroom&nbsp;he is an active participant and takes on a leadership role. He takes pride in his performance as a student and athlete and strives to perform to the best of his abilities. He has great character and sets examples for his peers. He is an example of someone who works hard and knows why that is pivotal to his success. He is unruffled by chaos and always remains calm.&nbsp;&nbsp;He is easy to talk to and shows a lot of understanding in listening as well.&nbsp;<b><i>Levi<\/i><\/b>&nbsp;is responsible and likes to help others become successful. In class, Levi is steadfast in his will to succeed.&nbsp; He is the one constant that is never changing. He refuses to sway from his morals; simply and sincerely, Levi always does the right thing.&nbsp;&nbsp;Levi is a young man who is confident in himself, gets along with all his peers, and is the kind of friend you would want your child to have. He is dedicated to his academics and manages his time well between school and playing sports for SCJH.<\/p>\n<p><b><i>Bronson Lachle<\/i><\/b>&nbsp;is a member of Sebastian River Rowing Team, the SGMS Drama Troupe, and takes advanced level courses so that he will enter high school already having earned 3 high school credits.&nbsp;&nbsp;He is a member of the Strom Grove National Junior Honor Society.&nbsp;&nbsp;If you ask any of my students who they trust or to point out someone who just makes them smile and feel good whenever you are around them, Bronson&#8217;s name is always at the top of the list.&nbsp; This young man leads by example with kindness, dignity and even humor.&nbsp; He brings a smile to your face when you&#8217;re feeling low and is encouraging when you need to be lifted up.<\/p>\n<p><b><i>Bronson<\/i><\/b>&nbsp;is an intelligent young man who is quick to think outside of the box, to look beyond the obvious. He asks insightful questions and is quick to help others.&nbsp;He is a dedicated student who always participates well in class discussions, individual and group work.<\/p>\n<p><b><i>Bronson<\/i><\/b> is a very hard-working student who excels in math. He is aways polite and considerate and often helps other students who are struggling with the material and is the first one to ask for help when needed. He is a role model for his peers and a model student.<\/p>\n<p><b><i>Talyn Akers<\/i><\/b>&nbsp;is a role model student. He portrays numerous IB Learner Profile Traits inside and outside of the classroom. His sense of humor certainly correlates with his positivity, always making the class laugh (but in a good way, not in a disrespectful way). He is also extremely knowledgeable, sharing the wealth of his information with any peer that he is partnered or grouped with. He is an excellent communicator and advocate for himself, he has no problem asking questions or clarifying information. He is a genuinely caring, kind, trustworthy, responsible, respectful and humble young man.He maintains high academic standards for himself. Last year he worked so hard that he earned A\u2019s or A+\u2019s in every single class all year long!! He is always respectful to staff and peers and is willing to help anyone that needs&nbsp;it.&nbsp;&nbsp;He&nbsp;is a bright student that is able to think outside of the box, and has shown so much creativity and deep thinking.&nbsp;&nbsp;He rises to the top, and isn\u2019t afraid to tackle tough projects, and will even ask to use other options not present.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b><i>Talyn<\/i><\/b> is an incredibly hard-working and has wonderful class participation. He sets a great example as a role model for his peers and fellow classmates in and outside the classroom.&nbsp; &nbsp;Talyn is a very mature student, highly cooperative and hard working.&nbsp;&nbsp;Moreover, Talyn\u2019s academic performance stands within the top of SRMS\u2019 8th grade class.&nbsp;&nbsp;Also, Talyn has shown a remarkable willingness to participate and lead other students to perform better.&nbsp;&nbsp;He likes to eloquently participate in class discussions.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b><i>Alexis Solomon&nbsp;<\/i><\/b>is an IB Diploma Candidate with a 4.555 Weighted GPA and ranked 9<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;in her class.&nbsp;&nbsp;She is a member of the National Honor Society, and an AP Scholar.&nbsp;She has a strong affinity for high-level academics and excels in all.&nbsp; She is a superb writer and can analyze even the more complex literature with depth and precision.&nbsp;She has been on the Varsity Swim Team for 4 years (going to State Competition both as an individual and on a relay team.&nbsp;&nbsp;She has been a member of the SRHS Choir for 4 years, and a 3-year member of the Encore Leadership Ensemble; Harmonix, Decibels, a soloist and plays the&nbsp;&nbsp;piano and ukelele. Alexis is cofounder of the SRHS Environmental Club, President of First Priority, a member of the Superintendent\u2019s Advisory Council and a leader of Our Kindness campaign.&nbsp;&nbsp;She was selected to represent SRHS at the Laura Riding Jackson Foundation\u2019s anniversary event.&nbsp;&nbsp;She spends her free time volunteering in the children\u2019s ministry at Sebastian Christian Church as a member of worship team on both Sundays and Wednesdays.<\/p>\n<p><b><i>\u201cLexi&#8217;s\u201d<\/i><\/b>&nbsp;schedule outside of IB is an absolutely a crazy one. Confident, talented, knowledgeable, and compassionate are just a few words to describe Alexis. She&#8217;s a stellar student who accompanies her academic talents with a deep caring for others and a terrific sense of humor!<\/p>\n<p><b><i>Conrad Sylvester&nbsp;<\/i><\/b>is an&nbsp;IB Diploma Candidate with a 4.404 Weighted GPA and is in the top 7% of his class.&nbsp;&nbsp;He is Treasurer of the National Honor Society and an AP Scholar.&nbsp;&nbsp;He is the SRHS Excel Club President, a member of&nbsp;&nbsp;the SRHS Choir since 9<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;grade and has qualified for All-State Choir\u20143 times in Harmonix.&nbsp;&nbsp;Conrad captains 3 Esports Teams and placed 4<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;in the State on the Mario Kart Team.&nbsp;&nbsp;He tutors at Fellsmere Elementary through the Peer-to-Peer Club of which he is President.&nbsp;&nbsp;He is also a math tutor, sings in his church choir, has been a science fair judge and volunteers at the&nbsp;Sebastian Exchange Club Blue Water Open.<\/p>\n<p><b><i>Conrad&nbsp;<\/i><\/b>maintains an extra-curricular schedule that requires the best possible time management. (All State Choir, SRHS Choir, Encore, SRHS Varsity E- Sports, Peer to Peer mentoring program and math tutoring for all and any fellow students that need help). He is kind, witty and a friendly young man.&nbsp;He&nbsp;is one of Sebastian River High School&#8217;s most accomplished and beloved seniors.&nbsp; He somehow manages to excel at everything he attempts, whether it&#8217;s mathematics, writing, music or chemistry. He willingly and graciously shares his knowledge with other students who need extra help.
