On November 9th<\/sup>.  Our club and the SCJH Excel Club held a Veteran\u2019s Day Celebration and re-dedication of the Freedom Shrine at the school.  After Dr. Dodds welcomed the audience, Master of Ceremonies Mike Natale gave a brief account of our club mission, Excel Club Treasurer Aiden Rico presented the Veteran\u2019s Day poem, and Adam Preuss delivered the Freedom Shrine address.  Excel Club members handed out flags and brochures to the students.<\/p>\n

Students also participated in a food drive for families in need during the month of November in conjunction with the National Junior Honor Society.  The next meeting will be held on January 17th<\/sup>, 2019.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Principal William Dodds and Assistant Principal Chet Devarney <\/strong>have been very supportive of our effort to start this club.  School advisors are Skye Devarney<\/strong> and Tammy Cruz<\/strong>.  Parents and students alike are excited about our mission and the opportunity for earning their required volunteer hours through club activities in a fun way.  Meetings are held on the 1st<\/sup> Thursday of each month at 3:00 p.m. at the school.<\/p>\n
