<strong>Sebastian Ecumenical Food Pantry<\/strong> and providing <strong>gifts for a group of youngsters in the foster care program.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On December 5, Sebastian Exchange Club members gathered to deliver $1,500 worth of food, paper, and pet products purchased at Walmart to the Sebastian Ecumenical Food Pantry.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Food Pantry provides boxes of provisions for a hearty meal each Thanksgiving and Christmas season to needy families in the community.&nbsp; This year, the donations from the Sebastian Exchange Club filled their needs for<em><strong> all of the Christmas holiday boxes.<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp; In addition, paper and pet products were given, since the demand is great and the Food Pantry is unable to purchase these with money donations.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Ecumenical Food Pantry serves the community unselfishly to provide food for the needy.&nbsp; It is located on Roseland Road and donations are always welcome.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During the month of November, the Exchange Club of Sebastian collected toys and gift items for fifteen youths through the Guardians for New Futures organization.&nbsp; Each child was granted three gift wishes.&nbsp; Sebastian Exchange Club was privileged to participate in helping to provide gifts for these youngsters in the foster care system.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Sebastian Exchange Club is committed to helping the community to be a better place to live.&nbsp; They focus primarily on youth and the prevention of child abuse, but also Americanism and community service.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These donations are made possible through the proceeds of the <em><strong>Sebastian Exchange Foundation&#8217;s Blue Water Open Charity Offshore Fishing Tournament,<\/strong> <\/em>which will be held again this year on May 31 &#8211; June 1.&nbsp; Over $640,000 to-date has been raised by this event and poured back into the local community.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sebastian Exchange Club welcomes community members who are interested in serving the community within a group setting.&nbsp; Consider joining them for lunch any Wednesday (except the first Wednesday of each month) at noon at Capt.
